Terms and Conditions
All work product is
delivered "as is" and is not warranted for
any particular use or purpose. No guarantee is made
as to results for any specific keyphrase in any specific
search engine, however if our recommendations are followed
improvement will be noticed across a spectrum of keyphrases
and search engines. There will be no refunds of monies paid for services rendered.
Monthly retainers are
due in advance on the due date on the invoice. Payments
made more than 3 (three) days after the due date will
result in a substantial late payment fee. Monthly
billing may be converted to weekly billing in certain
cases where late payments have become an issue. We do
not require contracts, although a 30 day notice in advance of final full bulling cycle
is required to stop monthly billing and/or terminate
a project.

We accept cash, checks,
money orders, and bank wire transfers. We also accept
PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. NO REFUNDS.
