Our Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple.
If you are not satisfied with our services or work product,
don't pay. Our services are month to month, so you are
not obligated to any long term contract. We may offer
discounts for long term commitments, however you are
not required to agree to any length of service.
We make additional guarantees
in specific situations.
Terms and Conditions
All work product is
delivered "as is" and is not warranted for
any particular use or purpose. No guarantee is made
as to results for any specific keyphrase in any specific
search engine, however if our recommendations are followed
improvement will be noticed across a spectrum of keyphrases
and search engines.
Monthly retainers are
due in advance on the due date on the invoice. Payments
made more than 3 (three) days after the due date will
result in a substantial late payment fee. Monthly
billing may be converted to weekly billing in certain
cases where late payments have become an issue. We do
not require contracts, although a 30 day advance notice
is required to stop monthly billing and/or terminate
a project.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, checks,
money orders, and bank wire transfers. We also accept
PayPal and credit card payments or e-checks through
PayPal, however the acceptance of these payments are
subject to the terms of each individual's PayPal account.
If PayPal does not process a payment for any reason,
and payment is received late, late fees will apply.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to each payment accepted
through PayPal. E-checks posted through PayPal will
be credited to your account on the day the e-check clears,
usually five business days after you initiate the payment.
Therefore, if paying by e-check, it is important to
remember to pay the invoice early so that the payment
is posted in time to avoid late fees.
